Terms and Conditions

A reservation is only confirmed once your “proof of payment” has been received.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

0 – 7 days before arrival or no show:
The full payment for the entire booking will be retained.

8 – 15 days before arrival:
75% (seventy five percent) of the deposit value will be retained.

29 days or more before arrival:
100% (fifty percent) will be refunded.

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Sedupe Sa Kopa Guesthouse will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms, within 5 working days. Sedupe Sa Kopa Guesthouse levies a 10 % administration fee on any refunds processed.
